Medjool Owner Gus Murad Sells Giant Value

In January Gus Murad squelched the news that he was looking to sell his entire Mission empire: Elements, Medjool, the New Mission Theatre and the Giant Value, but today we learn he's selling Giant Value to Oyster Development, who plans to build out condos and retail on site. Curbed SF notes, "presumably revenue for the sale will move his plans to revive the New Mission as an entertainment complex forward." As far as we know, Medjool/Elements are still up for sale as well "to test the market."
