GrubStreet learns that 26-year-old Capri Ristorante will shutter in the Castro in the coming weeks. New owners Francisco Cifuentes and chef Matt Schuster will be launching a new concept there, though there's no word what or when. Schuster has served as food and beverage manager at Crissy Field's Warming Hut and Cafe for a few years, which really doesn't tell us much either. Capri fans are advised in to drop in soon to say goodbye to the restaurant and its great (sometimes offensive?) service. [GrubStreet, Yelp]
