Early Tuesday morning, a very-focused and possibly trained thief rappelled into the Bentley, Lamborghini, Lotus dealership on Van Ness Ave. and drove off with Guy Fieri's yellow and black 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo, valued at 200K. Fieri, a proclaimed "Food Network rockstar" who's work includes such smash hits as Guy's Big Bite and Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, lives in Santa Rosa. He had his whip locked up at the dealership for safekeeping. What does one do with a freshly stolen electric yellow Italian sports car? Some local news outlets are hypothesizing a grand scheme to ship the vehicle out of the country, but we reckon the Big Gay Ice Cream Truck prediction that the vehicle is "in a chop shop over in Flavortown" is probably right on. Meanwhile Fieri has 9 other sports cars to console himself, but we wonder, is that really enough? Eater National has the video from CBS 5.
