How it works: renowned chefs April Bloomfield, Rick Bayless, Ferran and Albert Adrià, and Luke Mangan call out their favorite new chefs. Then those favorites call out their picks; and the cycle continues. The Rick Bayless train ends with Gabriela Camara of MeroTero in Mexico City choosing our Frances. Then Melissa Perello goes on to choose Benu. We're wondering how the first five chefs got picked. And why did they choose to cut it off after four rounds?
