Consummate butcher man Ryan Farr of 4505 Meats is pleased to announce the completion of his book Whole Beast Butchery, riddled with step-by-step, illustrated instructions on how to break down and utilize the entire animal. With recipes, sourcing info and more, it's basically a how-to on the nose-to-tail ethos. The comparison in spirit to Chad Robertson's new and extremely detailed guide to baking bread is an obvious one. Farr's book will be available for purchase this coming fall.
