After an abrupt shutter in February, Chez Carla reopened today as Chez Fayala. The manager on duty told Eater operatives that Carla and her husband had some personal problems so they had to move on. He said the food and most of the employees are the same as they were; and he had no idea who the new owner is. He said it was probably someone named Fayala. [EaterWire]
