Is it only natural that the chef shuffles happening around here should mirror the tumultuous state of the world? Well, pointless esotericisms aside, Grace Nguyen is leaving Out the Door Bush. She's moving on to helm the kitchen at Asian Box, coming to the Town and Country Plaza in Palo Alto. Her fiance Chad Newton and partner Frank Klein are behind the new casual, sustainable street food place; so we're sure that has something to do with it.
