- Art is by Jeremy Eaton , who is friends with the owners. He also gave his vision to the decor: "color in the periphery, clean and clear where food will be."
Satori Tea Company will supply jasmine pearl and ginger coconut sencha from Japan, a South American yerba mate, Indian black, and some teas from China.

Take a gander at the bright, new Radish, open as of this morning at 8:00 a.m. Quite simply, the restaurant aims to be an any-time-of-day sort of place. There are breakfast items: everything from an egg sandwich to migas, croques and benedicts. Lunch means sandwiches and soups. And then at night-time it switches into a bit more of a bar atmosphere with smaller street-food style bites, local beers on tap and soju cocktails. All the menus (breakfast, lunch and evening) have vegan, veggie and gluten-free options. And as mentioned, all of the breads and spreads are made in house.
