Bar Tartine is closed from now until this Saturday, April 30th for the previously referenced revamp. As you know chef Nick Balla started moving the menu in a new direction a few months ago. There have been rumors that Bar Tartine will reopen with a new name in conjunction with owner and bread buff Chad Robertson's adjacent and forthcoming Eastern Europe-influenced bakery.
