One of the most important parts of Burger Week is determining—through a highly imperfect bracketing and voting system—which burger is the best burger in all the Bay Area. This has been previously been limited to burgers made from dead animals, but today we're busting this beeyatch wide open and making room for veggie burgers. Believe it.

Veggie burgers have come a long way from the sad no-condiment Boca burger of days gone by. Some of the Bay's best burgers are made from veggies, beans, nuts, seaweed, and more. Sounds crazy, tastes delicious. These four were selected based on votes from you, our readers. Plus, I'm somewhat of a veggie burger expert so I put in my two cents because I'm hella opinionated.
