After an 11-day retreat, Flour + Water reopens today in the Mission with a a new paint job, re-buffed wood and a remodeled kitchen. The new layout will enable chef Thomas McNaughton to expand his repertoire from five pastas a night to eight or ten. Pastas are arguably the best part of the menu at Flour + Water so the change is most welcome. Soak it all in at a special CUESA benefit dinner in April 10th if you so desire.
