The location of Don Pistos' noodle house/raw bar offshoot arrived yesterday from Madame Hopper. Owner Pete Mrabe will be running this pop-up style out of the Amante bar on Green Street. The menu shall include an interesting mash-up of organic Chinese fried chicken served in buckets, raw items like seafood cocktails and crudo, and several Asian noodle bowls.
