Since Bluestem signed Sean Canavan to head up its kitchen, Larkspur's Left Bank Brasserie was out a chef. Now we learn Fabrice Marcon—who was unceremoniously kicked out of the Ferry Building in '09 only to land at the Levi Straus Plaza dining room—has been hired by concerned parties at Left Bank. Hopefully he'll dig up his "phenomenal" potato roasting technique from back in the day. [ISSF]
