Gilt Taste, the food version of flash sale site Gilt Groupe, launched last night with Ruth Reichl as editorial advisor. Francis Lam, Melissa Clark, and a swatch of food world luminaries have signed on to the editorial side of the online marketplace and "interactive magazine" that sells artisanal luxury products like caviar, steaks, cheese, ramps, black truffle juice and the like.
