Bombay Bazar and Ice Cream shuttered unexpectedly in November of last year, leaving lovers of its delicately flavored Indian ice creams, rare spices and such in a slump. Now they're posting signs all over Valencia Street to announce a reopening at 245 South Van Ness, "practically under the 101" as Uptown Almanac puts it. The foot traffic is way down over there, but the shop does sell many things you can't find elsewhere in SF. We shall see. And in the meantime, reports here . [MES, UA]
