The homeless Tell Tale Preserve Co. is making the best of the situation by teaming up with local small-batch tea maker Naivetea to offer a fixed price, three-course, tea and pastry pairing called Kettle Whistle. Pastry chef/Telltale owner William Werner is making things like banh mi financiers and milk chocolate oolong bon bons. The first one is June 25th at the Burrit Room. [The Feast]
