The Feast transcribes some outtakes from a panel with Daniel Boulud, Wolfgang Puck and Dan Barber at Tufts University. Puck reveals how his father told him he was "good for nothing" and he once contemplated jumping to his death. Then Barber chimes in about a night long ago at Blue Hill when he decided, in a fit of rage, "every fucking dish [will have] asparagus on it;" and then food critic Jonathan Gold showed up.
