WINE COUNTRY - As the plethora of build-out shots on Kitchen Door's Facebook page show, things are really coming along at this latest project from Martini House alums Todd Humphries and Richard Miyashiro. They'll be doing test dinners next week in the hopes of opening some time the week of the 13th. [EaterWire]

NOPA - Bi-Rite owners Sam Mogannam and Calvin Tsay have pushed the opening of their larger market on Divisadero St. from September to January of next year. As forecasted previously, the new location will combine the Bi-Rite Creamery and market in one space. [EaterWire]

UNION SQUARE - Forthcoming shmancy all-day brasserie, Bluestem is hoping for an opening the week of June 20th, pending successful, timely inspections. [EaterWire]

MISSION - After a good bit of pre-opening drama Guatemalan fried chicken joint, Pollo Campero will indeed open its first NorCal outpost next year in the old Payless space. There will be a sizable patio in back. [ISSF]

MISSION EXTRA - A local artisan chocolate maker called Dandelion Chocolate will be moving into 740 Valencia St., right next to the future location of The Abbot's Cellar. [Tablehopper]

MISSION XXTRA - First the "Um!! trees leches" awning at 21st was removed, then Joey & Pat's tried the storefront on for size, and now it appears Juntos Club will take a shot at 2499 Folsom St. Details forthcoming. [Mission Mission]

TENDERNOB - Subterranean wine bar The Hidden Vine is going to be renamed The Barrel Room. It sounds like they're going to revamp the interior, the wine list and the menu. [GrubStreet, Tablehopper]

FRO-YO - Yogorino, the Italy-based tart frozen yogurt chain coming to San Francisco by way of Philadelpha, has started to build out its Embarcadero location—a little late for its planned Memorial day opening. It's hard to be patient for "the best tasting yogurt in the world." [F-Y Girl]
