Doug Keane's Wine-less Wine Country Resto

ShimoSansWine.jpgThe Press Dem has some snapshots of the hate mail and empty seats that prompted Shimo's recent morph from a steakhouse to a noodle bar in Healdsburg. Owner Doug Keane says the restaurant has been doing better financially, especially since he's axed the wine program too: "'I’ll probably be the first restaurant in wine country without a wine list,' he jokes, 'but it makes sense.
