THE LUNCH BUNCH - Next week, The Tipsy Pig is opening for weekday lunch in the Marina. Owner Nate Valentine tells us all the sandwiches are novel creations, save for the burger, brick-pressed chicken and pulled-pork sloppy Joe. Take a look at the brand-spanking new menu, here. Hours will be 11:30 onwards on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. [EaterWire]

MONSTROSITIES - The Sycamore put its grilled cheese cheeseburger back on the menu today—basically a cheeseburger that uses individual grilled cheese sandwiches instead of bread on both sides. So yeah, nothing to see here. [Facebook]

FOOD TRUCKS - Off the Grid's Matt Cohen gueses between 1,000 and 2,000 people attended the first Off The Grid food truck party in Berkeley last night. All that on a rainy night. [Berkeleyside]

FREEBIES - This Saturday, The Burrit Room will offer free Bols Genever punch from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in honor of its one year anniversary. SFoodie has all the dirty details. [SFoodie]

COMING ATTRACTIONS - On June 20th Tres will host a taste-off of different sausage recipes made by chefs from 1300 on Fillmore, Pican and the like. Attendees get a goodie bag and judging rights. $10 tickets are here. [EaterWire]
