REVAMPS - It's been about a year in business for Mint Plaza's Thermidor, and now they're switching things up a bit. The cocktails have been a draw since day one, so that won't change. But the menu is going to more of a bar bites format with mini burgers, flatbread pizzas and the like. Madame Hopper has more on all this. [Tablehopper]

COMING ATTRACTIONS - Flour + Water is hosting the first of three wild boar dinners this Friday, featuring a local wild boar in five courses. Their people have passed on this sample menu here. Cost is $200 inclusive of wine pairings, tip and tax. Tickets for this and future wild boar dinners here. [EaterWire]

AWARDS SEASON - The results of San Fran Mag's Best of the Bay reader's choice awards are out. There are some non-shockers, like Cotogna as Best New Restaurant. But then, The Royal Exchange gets best happy hour, which really tells you a lot about the 10,000 people voting in this thing. Anyway, all the results are here. [EaterWire]

AMERICANA - For your 4th of July reservations purposes, Zagat has culled an all-over-the-place list of good American restaurants in the Bay Area: from Ad Hoc in Yountville to Mama's on Washington Square. [Zagat]

POP-UPS - Who knew the pop-up phenom would hit farms too? Adam Berman built Urban Adamah, a new one-acre Berkeley farm, comprising fork-lift ready beds that can relocate entirely in a few years. [Berkeleyside]
