BauerCertificate.jpgToday Bauer Pants gets all worked up about a new restaurant law that was supposed to hit on July 1. The California Food Handler Card Law will require all California food service employees to take a $15, two-hour food safety course. Bauer takes the class because "my card might make me a marketable food service employee" and then he finds out that the law actually won't go into effect until next year and the Cali Department of Health "doesn't think" there will be a fine for noncompliance either. So, crisis averted? [ISSF]
