Umami Burger Seals The Deal on Union Street

Umami Burger's Adam Fleischman signed a lease today for the now-shuttered Joe's née Jovino space on Union Street. Brokers estimate the LA-based burger chain—which GQ's Alan Richman vociferously adores—will be open in late September/early October.
