Details are filtering in here and there about what's up next at The Proxy Project build-out in Hayes Valley. So far, we've got Smitten ice cream and Ritual coffee, with the Suppenkuche Biergarten restaurant on the way in mid-July. In the unfortunate news department, Scoop reports the expected Pizzeria Delfina and 4505 Meats arrangements have been cancelled. Instead, there shall be food trucks, possibly as soon as next week. Shipping container outposts from Pizzaiolo and Prather Ranch are also being considered, but don't count on anything yet. [ISSF]
