The delay of Kasa Indian Eatery's Kati Roller truck ends tomorrow with a "soft launch" at Vinyl Wine Bar from 6 to 9 p.m. They'll serve kati rolls, and new menu items: an Indian take on Caesar salad and samosas with tamarind chutney. Saison sommelier Mark Bright will be on hand to pair wines with the various options and the first 25 customers will eat for free.
