In this topsy turvy world we live in, chef writers, ex-mayor bloggers and restaurateur fashionistos are pretty normal. Enter the latest restaurant mogul cum blogger Traci Des Jardins whose first blog entry for the Huffington Post's new San Francisco edition went live last night. It's all about seasonal inspiration, a trout "so large I had to cut the head off in order to fit into my pan," and being a cook vs. a chef.
