The Tender brings word that the final day for Koko Cocktails on Geary shall be July 30th. As many of you know, the owners have been planning another bar called Hi Lo on Polk in order to keep the good thing they've got going. But that's got its own set of issues thanks to the lovely Lower Polk Neighbors association and the ABC. Fair warning: some kinda NIMBY battle is bound to break loose. [The Tender]
