Besides the uncharacteristically forward street signage you see here, Michal Mina is making every effort to get FiDi workers into its dining room during the lunch hour. Remember, Mina's flagship reopened on California St. without lunch service. Then in November, they started serving a $39 fixed price lunch menu at the bar only. Now their press reps say Mina has "hit its stride" with the latest lunch iteration, launched in April. Diners can have a three- or four-course fixed price menu in the dining room for $49 or $59, respectively; sit at the bar for a new a la carte lunch menu, or order the $39 "Chef's Counter Menu," like old times. Lunch-only small plates include the "lobster 'pop tart'," a bite-size play on Mina's famous lobster pot pie and crispy duck leg tacos. All the menus are here.
