Mikealicious has a big 3.5 star review for Hiro Sone and Lissa Doumani's new Terra-adjacent Bar Terra in St. Helena. The "cocktail-friendly" menu from Kris Schram includes tuna belly that "could be easily taken across the hall" and ramen, "a standout." Servers give "all the benefits [of fine dining,] but none of the attitude."
