Paul Kwan of "Anatomy of a Spring Roll" fame takes Bauer to revisit Outer Richmond Chinese restaurant Kam’s. Although Mikey didn't think it was worth a trip before, it might be now. There are lots of superlatives: "some of the largest oysters I’ve seen," "one of the best coconut puddings I’ve had," "a lava cake...that would rival any in the city," and "iced tea...[that] makes the ending one of the best parts of the meal." Then Kwan passes on a secret so Bauer can try to get a good meal without his Asian buddy by his side: "Bypass the regular menu and order off the chef’s special menu." [ISSF]
