Fresh off its Dux dinner pop-up launch, Mission coffee-serving "third space," The Summit can finally serve beer and wine. Funny thing is, the ABC didn't even tell them they got their license. Chef Eddie Lau says they discovered it "after scouring the ABC website" themselves. In any event, their first (mostly French) wine list was released over the weekend alongside the pouring of the first Paulaner Hefeweissen.
