Tyler Florence Eyes The Hotel Rex For His Next Project

With openings for Wayfare Tavern and El Paseo firmly under his belt and the dust sort of settled on his failed Bar Florence project, Tyler Florence is ready to start something new. Yesterday, Tablehopper revealed that something new will most likely happen at Joie de Vivre's Hotel Rex and it's shuttered Cafe Andree space. Since the project is "still in the planning phases," all that can be released at this point is that it will be "very cool." Work hasn't started yet, so the ETA, PR color and enticing motto are still forthcoming.
