CHEF SHUFFLES- YumSugar finds out who the new chef at Delfina shall be, since their former chef of 8 years, Matthew Gandin left. Chef-owner Craig Stoll has recruited Dylan Montano from Traci Des Jardins' Tahoe restaurant Manzanita. BERKELEY - The cult-followed Birdland has migrated from underground eatery-music venue to private members only club, and now they're up and running in the former Cafe Yesterday on University Street.
