Chef-owner Craig Stoll has recruited Dylan Montano from Traci Des Jardins' Tahoe restaurant Manzanita. BERKELEY - The cult-followed Birdland has migrated from underground eatery-music venue to private members only club, and now they're up and running in the former Cafe Yesterday on University Street. Birdland founder "The Birdman" says "it’s hard to top the garage band nights" of yore, but this show must certainly go on. [B]
