Maven Readies "Innovative" Concept for Lower Haight

The good snoops over at Haighteration have discovered the taker for the reduced-price RNM space over in the Lower Haight. Maven will be bringing an "innovative bar concept" with "delicious food" to the nabe. Former Beretta manager Jay Bordeleau is one of the owners, and we've heard from our own sources that he's going for a vibe here that's very much like Beretta's. The whole thing will hinge on an outside-the-box pairing structure, suggesting beer, wine and cocktails to match every single item on a the menu. As of now, Facebook says they'll be opening in Fall.
