This morning, Michael Bauer has a blog post about his "recent finds" in the burger world. He mentions the "mile-high" burger at Chambers Eat + Drink, which he just slammed in Sunday's review, the "classic" rendition from Fiveten Burger's truck, miniburgers at Jasper's Corner Tap, Kitchen Door's Kobe burger and Locavore's burger with caramelized onions and bacon. And here's a bold statement: "If you want to call yourself a restaurant these days, you have to have a hamburger on the menu." What's that all about? [ISSF]
