MARINA - Inside Scoop has the skinny on Castagna, the new business going into the former Crave City slot on Chestnut. Jerome and Stephane Meloni, the men of now-shuttered Cassis, will operate an all-day 18-seat cafe. They're going the affordable route, starting with breakfast and lunch. POP-UPS - Le Diner a San Francisco, a Parisian pop-up dinner where everyone brings their own food, wine, and tableware to a secret, "elegant," "only in SF," location and dresses all in white, will take place on October 14th.
