GrubStreet checks in with Evan and Sarah Rich about the pop-up restaurant they've been doing since they left Coi, and they let on that they're planning to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant "in the coming months." Regarding the style of cuisine: "We want to put together the best of all of our talents. So, we're calling it New American Bistro, or Northern California-something.
