1) Inner Sunset:The second Beautifull! healthy quick-service shop, which opened on Irving St. over a year ago, is officially closed. A tipster who lives above the shop says they haven't put their garbage out for the past week, and the "landlord confirmed that...Beautifull! is officially closing and breaking lease." The address is indeed scrubbed from the company website and the number is disconnected. Lovers of their earthy "bowls" and baked goods will have to rely on the Laurel Village location (3401 California) or the new one in the Castro. No word yet on the replacement. [EaterWire]

2) Hayes Valley: Right now, Terra Bakery & Cafe (401 Gough St.) has a sign that reads as follows on its door: "Dear Customers, We will be closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday for seismic construction. We will reopen on Sunday. Umm..more on the reopening date as we learn it. [EaterWire]

3)Excelsior: The number is disconnected at Our Place Bar (4461 Mission Street) and the liquor license is being auto-revoked. Hence, the shutter. [EaterWire]
