mifunebistro.jpg A little lineup change fell under our radar in Japan Center's Kinokuniya Mall in the latter part of last year. Takumi Matsuba sold Bushi-Tei Bistro to the proprietors of Mifune and Mifune Don restaurants, who've rebranded it as Mifune Bistro (1581 Webster Street). Apparently, the menu has not changed much, and still offers Japanese-American standards like California rolls and udon along with a few more unusual items like hiyashi (cold ramen). Usually when there's an ownership change, something changes though right? Mifune Bistro vs. Bushi-tei Bistro observations and comparisons are welcome in the comments. [EaterWire]
