Chef Joseph Humphrey sends word over the EaterWire that his Dixie sneak peek dinners at Guest Chef (5337 College Ave.) have been extended through the 22nd of January: "This time we're going to do a tasting menu only, at least 5 courses, probably more, for $55...more spontaneous based on what looks best at the market, plus a few of the dishes that we really like from the past 2 weeks."
