A supplement for the trusty Brunch Heatmap, here is a list of dinner spots around town that will be adding new weekend hours next month.

1) The Mission: Matt Straus, sommelier and owner of the Mission's esteemed Heirloom Cafe will be rolling out an exciting Sunday feast program in the next four to six weeks. Inspired by the late Christopher Hitchens' notorious "lavish and ruminative" feasts, the Sunday fixed price meals will include four "fairly delicate" courses paired with cellared wines for about $75. Strauss adds, "the fine wine world's great friend is the egg," so you might see some poached oeufs matched up with truffles and a little white Burgundy. [EaterWire]
2) North Beach: On Feb. 25, Park Tavern will be starting up brunch service on Saturdays and Sundays too. According to our friend Ms. Tablehopper the owners Anna Weinberg and Jennifer Puccio just finished a brunch marathon in New York, looking for inspiration. [Tablehopper]
3) Haight-Ashbury: Haight Street Puerto Rican restaurant Parada 22 will also kick off new weekend hours in February. Eater got an early peek at the menu which basically looks like an abbreviated version of the brunch menu at owner Philip Bellber's other restaurant, Boogaloos. [GrubStreet, EaterWire]
