THE LUNCH BUNCH - Chef Greg Dunmore writes in to say that his Hayes Valley izakaya Nojo will start serving lunch, Wednesday through Friday, on February 1st. FILLMORE - Pac Heights' Roostertail has a solution to the tough parking outside: take-out curbside concierge service. When you pay for a take-out order with a credit card over the phone, they'll give you an ETA. Show up outside with your hazards on and they'll run your order out.
