Top Chef alum Preeti Mistry has just signed the lease on a permanent home for the well-liked Cal-Indian Juhu Beach Club pop-up she's been hosting at Garage Cafe and La Victoria. As of now, she's waiting for the change of use permit at 2141 Mission St (@ Sycamore) with hopes of opening her small 30-seat restaurant version of Juhu Beach Club around June. [ISSF, Mission Loc@l]
