Mikey Ear Plugs feels like he went to see a rock concert after dinner at Lers Ros. "With no sound baffling, this might be the loudest restaurant I've encountered in the past couple of years." But there are outstanding renditions of pad Thai, "bold, explosive" sliced beef, and tom kreang nai to make up for it.
