The foodoscenti have been making pilgrimages to pastry chef Mutsumi Takehara's Sandbox Bakery in Bernal since it opened at the end of 2009. This week, her (slightly) larger spinoff 903 (903 Cortland) opened down the street, touting indoor seating space and more savory items in Takehara's same Japanese-French vein.
