The Richmond's controversial 24-hour Jack in the Box crime magnet has caused quite a bit of unrest among the neighbors of late. After lengthy debates at a recent Entertainment Commission meeting, the fast food pit stop will now be required to stop serving its questionably sanitary burgers at 4 a.m. A commissioner explains: “It’s very important that we have food [available late at night]; it helps people not be as drunk."
