13-year-old Haight Street "Victorian Punch House" Hobson's Choice has resurrected an original creation from its first year in business called Suck the Monkey (pictured). All bartender Mike Moran needs to do to make it is power drill a few holes into a real coconut, then fill it with four quality rums, fresh lime and pineapple juices, and the coconut's water.
