Chefs Nicole Krasinski and Stuart Brioza opened their new venture State Bird Provisions to the public on New Year's Eve with an adventurous American menu, all served via colorful dim sum carts they designed themselves. There's an open kitchen lined with subway tiles, concrete walls sweeping to skylights above, and school-ish touches like auditorium chairs and trays for the menu items.
