Moss%20Room%20Shutter.jpgThe California Academy of Sciences' dramatically designed Moss Room closed unexpectedly on January 1 because Charles Phan is taking it over. Phan, who's architect on record Olle Lundberg designed the restaurant says "he's going to do something completely different in the space." Phan also runs the Academy Cafe on the ground level, upstairs, and he expects to have the new restaurant up and running in one or two months. Then Charles Phan will become the most famous museum chef-owner-man in San Francisco. [Chron]
