Cochon 555 wrapped up the second stop of its national tour in Napa on Sunday night with a huge hometown celebration. Lars Kronmark from the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone beat out his competitors, including last year’s Cochon King & Queen of Porc, Duskie Estes and John Stewart of Zazu Restaurant and Farm, with his memorable pork fritters and stuffed trotters.
